Structures built here are built for the next hundred years. Trees planted here are planted for those not yet born.

A Place of Sovereignty

To own and steward land is to have a body in the physical world. The Nation cannot be fully real until it has ground to stand on.

Growing food as a sacred act. Returning the soil to its original function — sustaining the sovereign body.

Preservation

Protecting native growth, old trees, water, and the natural memory of the land. Nothing is cleared without cause.

Sacred Architecture

Building structures that honor the land — low impact, high intention. Spaces for ritual, rest, learning, and gathering.

Water Stewardship

Water is not a resource. Water is a relative. Every acre of the Nation tracks, tends, and honors its water.

Ceremonial Fire

Fire as ritual. Controlled burns, gathering fires, and ceremonial use of flame as a tool of clearing and renewal.

Ancestral Alignment

Reading the land for what it remembers. Understanding what was here before, and building in harmony — not erasure.

The land is not built in a day. It is built in cycles, each one seeding the next.

Phase I

The Seed

Complete

The parcel is acquired and the ground assessed. The site plan is drawn and the zones are named. The relationship between the Nation and the land has begun.

Phase II

The Clearing

Beginning Winter 2026

Removing what does not belong and preparing the ground beneath it. Full clearing waits for the vegetation to die back; the first equipment arrives before it does.

Phase III

The Structure

Planned

Building the first permanent structure. A gathering space, a teaching hall, a ceremonial fire site.

Phase IV

The Archive

Future

Creating the physical archive — a storehouse for OGGOAT originals, recordings, and ancestral objects.

Phase V

The Nation Seat

Future

The permanent seat of the Sovereign Nation. The physical home of the Crown. The anchor of the lineage.
